Music Synthesizer Jam Meetup
Note, location is not at X-Hain this month, but half a block away at my place, Kadinerstraße 20. Directions at the end.
Our monthly Music Synthesizer Meetup and Jam Session! Bring something you can make noise on, plug in, and play along! If you have more than one device, please bring your own mixer. No matter what, please bring whatever cables you need for your setup. If you need a modular clock, please bring a long wire to get it from across the table. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but our outputs are limited. If you have splitters or can daisy chain gear, please be prepared to do so. If you can provide modular clock and a drum beat, and maybe a simple bass line, you may end up driving the jam! It’s always going to be an odd mix of styles and hardware that don’t always work together, but are usually interesting, so embrace the chaos and come on out! While the jamming ends by 10pm out of courtesy for the neighbors, people are welcome to stay after and chat about synth related stuff, debug their gear, show off their toys, get an X-Hain tour, make new friends, and restore your faith in humanity. All because you decided to come play synthesizers with a bunch of strangers… isn’t that grand!
New location! SoftEgg Labs - Kadinerstraße 20 Ground Floor Office Left
To get there, go out the front door of X-Hain, cross the street and keep going that direction (Kadinerstraße is perpendicular to Grünbergerstraße). It’s a white building on the right about 2/3 down the street, with large windows with round on the top. Sign in the window just before says “SoftEgg”.
