Work / Life Balance in the Age of AI Agents

This meetup serves as a discussion group and exchange for those already heavily utilizing AI tools who are concerned about burnout. It is also open to anyone interested in exploring strategies for maintaining a healthy work/life balance as AI agents become more prevalent.

We live in an era of unprecedented access to AI-powered tools that allow us to build software, hardware, and other projects at a pace unthinkable just a few years ago. Tasks that once required an entire team and several weeks or even months of work can now be completed by a single individual in a matter of days.

While multitasking across multiple agents - using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and OpenClaw - is incredibly empowering, it can also become addictive. The “I (feel like I) can build everything!” epiphany is exhilarating, but for many (especially those with ADHD), it can rapidly lead to overextension and the erosion of personal time.

This raises a vital question: What will mental health and work/life balance look like in the age of AI agents, both now and in the years to come? Let’s discuss and learn strategies and best practices.
